Gaia Bordicchia

Gaia is an illustrator based in northern Italy. Formerly trained as a wildlife artist at IED – Institute of Art&Design, she worked for magazines and field guides before stepping into the world of children’s publishing.

Her debut picture book as an author/illustrator La Foret des Lanternes, was published in France by Editions Milan. Since 2018 she’s also the illustrator of Pompon, a series written by Olivier Clerc and published by Flammarion Jeunesse.
