Nadia Salomon is an award-winning journalist and author of Goodnight Ganesha (2021) – a Bank Street Best Book of the Year and ALA, ALSC Dia selection. She has two forthcoming picture books in 2024 and writes on themes of South Asian and Caribbean culture, STEM, nonfiction, and humor. Nadia is the founder of THE BOOK OF NADIAS – a social group dedicated to Nadias who write and illustrate kidlit.
When not participating in her own goodnight rituals, Nadia can most likely be found curled up with a good book in her reading nook or spinning a silly yarn. Nadia holds a journalism degree from Emerson College. She is the winner of the 2020 SCBWI Service Award and the 2019 SCBWI WOOP Honor Award for work of outstanding progress.
